JLD Lighting Design's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our work is subject to building codes, regulations, and site conditions that may affect the final outcome.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• We do not warrant specific outcomes or results
• Product warranties are provided by manufacturers, not JLD Lighting Design
• Installation warranties are limited to workmanship for a period of one year
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by project phase:

• Design phase: Cancellation possible with payment for work completed
• Pre-installation: Cancellation fees may apply for ordered materials
